Cancellation policy

Orders are sent for fulfilment as soon as they are placed, and cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout — your size, your address and your contact details.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is not the item you ordered, see our Refund policy — you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. In this case please immediately send us a photo of the damaged item on email or whatsapp to be eligible for refund.
