Snug Underband
Wear a non padded bra. Measure your underbust in inches, where the bottom of your breasts meet your chest. This measurement should be snug.
Standing Overbust
Measure loosely around the fullest part of your breasts while standing. This might be around your nipple line.
Leaning Overbust
Lean over at 90 degrees from the hip and measure loosely around the fullest part of your breasts. Remember not to compress your tissue. This is often more than your standing bust measurement.
