Stand up straight while wearing your best fitting bra (preferably unlined)
Band size (A): Take a snug measurement (inches) around your rib cage directly under your bust and parallel to the floor. Round to the nearest whole number.
Cup size (B): Take a loose measurement over the fullest part of your bust, making sure you can still breathe. Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement to find the difference. Round to the nearest whole number. This difference will correspond to a letter, which is your cup size.
